As is the norm in Germany, this window is inward-opening, tilt-turn only.
Our range of tilt and turn German wooden windows is something a bit special. The secret to the quality of all of our products is good materials. The D series conservation wooden window achieves outstanding durability – requiring a much lower schedule of maintenance than a traditional wooden window. Furthermore, the process of heat treating results in significantly improved thermal performance.
The D series offers a multi-laminated frame – utilising high quality, triple-laminated wood. Featuring a special nylon coated rubber seal and weather limbs as standard, the D series conservation wooden window has improved pretension, resulting in exceptional reduction in noise pollution.
Like many of our products, the D series has an inward-opening tilt turn mechanism. Optional features include security, performance and safety enhancements.
We offer the finest selection of styles with the possibility of many types of timber, Victorian and Georgian glazing bars.
Oak, meranti, walnut, eucalyptus, larch, slow grown softwood and spruce are all available. In addition, our huge variety of available stains and finishes enables us to provide a very impressive range of natural finishes. Indeed, any RAL colour is achievable internally or externally on a painted finish. Our automotive style painting process then finishes the product in an exceptional way to deliver a wooden window that requires lower maintenance. Plus, if it’s a unique finish you are after, we can also offer anodised windows.
