Supply and Fit or Supply-only

We provide all of our products on either a supply and fit, or a supply-only basis.

Our installers have decades of experience, in both window installation and hands-on aftersales support with Danish timber-based systems. They understand what can go wrong further down the line and how to prevent it from day one.

Your lead fitter will always be on your survey. Everyone is well-informed of any potential issues, lifting equipment or scaffolding that might be required. Don’t worry, we won’t randomly cart a cherry picker down your driveway without asking first!

After the installation, we will complete a snagging survey to ensure all windows have adjusted correctly after they’ve had time to settle. As well as checking all handles and locks are operating correctly, and no damage is present on any frames.

You will receive detailed fitting instructions for supply-only installations. For over six windows, you can receive half a day of installation training at our site. This must be requested on order and cannot be ordered later.

Our supply-only service is aimed at the trade customer, however is available to all customers, regardless of profession. This is popular with small to medium builders and hands-on self-builders. For this type of order, you can request site training on how to install the product.

Free Design Service

You can receive a full range of services to help you in your project, including a free design. This provides you with a no-commitment visualisation for your property.

After receiving this service, clients understand the care and attention we put into every project. We are happy to work with your architect, or directly with you, to get the right configuration for you and your home. See below to find out what our free design service involves:

Survey (usually to confirm precise sizes at point of order)

We are proud to say that we never pressure sell. Our job is to present the facts and allow you to make an informed decision. We are always fully compliant with the guidelines set out by the latest set of UK Building regulations.

First, you’ll receive a budget quotation prior to a visit to your property on request. Of course, all windows must be carefully measured before ordering, but initial pricing can usually be provided with approximate window sizes and some simple sketches of what you have in mind.

We are equally happy to guide you on what we believe will suit your home. Often, the results can be transformational to the look and the energy performance of the property.
